Green Monster Smoothie

Ingredients

1 c. milk (I use unsweetened almond milk)
1/2 c. yogurt (we love honey flavored greek yogurt)
1 T. peanut butter
2 c. spinach
1 c. ice

Optional: 1/4 c. flax seed, 1 T. chia seeds, sweetener of your choice (when making this for my kids, I use agave nectar.

Smoothies are so forgiving, so add or subtract what you want and make it your own.  If you are a peanut butter lover like me, this is an incredibly tasty treat!  My kids LOVE it— That means I can guarantee them a full helping of spinach every time I make it, that’s definitely a mom win!
